02 About Ian

One Creator. Every Frame.

I'm Ian Jones. I run ISJDESIGNS out of a full studio in Bridgeville, PA. For 10+ years I've been making content for brands that need product photography to actually do something. Sell, scale, launch, repeat.

One person. One studio. Concept to delivery. No middle man, no agency overhead, no creative by committee. Same standard for a solo founder shipping a single SKU.

03 The difference

Not Just a Photographer. A Creative Partner.

Most product photographers take the shot you describe. I help you figure out what shot will actually work. That means thinking about your customer, your platform, your competition, and what kind of content drives results before the camera comes out.

You're not hiring a button-pusher. You're hiring taste, direction, and 10 years of knowing what sells. If you need someone to concept the shoot, style the product, direct the frame, and deliver files that are ready to post, run, or print, that's what I do.

07 Delivery

Product photography for every platform.

Every shoot is delivered with your end platform in mind. Shopify and Amazon product photos need different specs than Instagram lifestyle content or paid ad creatives. I deliver files optimized for wherever you're posting, selling, or advertising. No guessing, no reformatting, no extra charges for different crop sizes.

Platforms I deliver for: Shopify · Amazon · Etsy · Walmart Marketplace · TikTok Shop · Instagram · Facebook Ads · Google Shopping · Wholesale Catalogs · Print Collateral.

FAQ Common questions

Product photography questions, answered.

If you do not see your question here, send the basics on the contact page and I will reply within 24 hours with a plan and a quote.

How much does product photography cost?

+
Pricing depends on scope. Small projects (single product, simple background, one to five final images) start at $500. Most full studio shoots land between $1,500 and $3,500. Multi-product campaigns, lifestyle shoots, and commercial work with broader deliverables run $4,000 and up. Every project is bid based on number of products, deliverable type, retouching scope, and turnaround. You receive a written quote inside 24 hours of submitting the contact form.

How fast is the turnaround?

+
Single-product shoots typically deliver within five to seven business days from receipt of products. Larger multi-product or campaign shoots run 10 to 15 business days. Rush turnaround is available for time-sensitive launches and is quoted at the time of booking.

Do you keep my products after the shoot?

+
Most products stay with the studio for portfolio use, ongoing content testing, and visual reference. If you need products returned, mention it during the quote process so return shipping can be built into the project. Local Pittsburgh clients who drop off in person can pick their products back up at any time.

What platforms do you deliver for?

+
Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook Ads, Google Shopping, wholesale catalogs, and print collateral. Files are formatted to platform spec at delivery, not as an upcharge.

Can I be on the shoot?

+
Yes. Local clients are welcome at the studio. Remote clients can join over video call for live direction during the shoot.

What's included in retouching?

+
Color accuracy, dust and lint removal, basic spot retouching, and white-background isolation when applicable. Heavy compositing, product reconstruction, and complex graphic work are quoted separately at the time of booking.

Do you shoot product video?

+
Yes. Short-form product video for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads. Photo and video can be captured in the same session for a cohesive visual treatment across the campaign.
