Hi, I’m Ian Jones. A commercial photographer and creative strategist based in Pittsburgh, PA and for the past 10+ years, I’ve been capturing bold, story-driven visuals for brands, agencies, and businesses of all sizes. From food and product photography to on-set production stills, campaign content, and FAA-licensed drone aerial photography
I’ve contributed to high-visibility projects alongside national brands and creators. I have shot viral content for a PetersPasta and MrBeast collaboration. I’ve also worked on projects featuring names like Jay Leno and Little Big Town. Be it a global name or a local restaurant, I bring the same focus: create content that sells, stands out, and doesn’t suck.
My approach goes beyond the camera. I help brands build content strategies that align with their goals, connect with their audience, and grow their online presence. I’m obsessed with the small details, the weird ideas, and the moments that make people stop scrolling.
If you’re looking for someone who can shoot, think, and help your brand punch above its weight. I’m your guy.
I just really like to make shit.

In 2007, Ian Jones (ISJDesigns) sketched a Nike Air Jordan commercial concept set in space—built around the idea of defying gravity, just like Michael Jordan on the court. This original brand marketing storyboard shows the creative brainstorming behind the concept, later brought to life nearly 20 years later in 2026.
