Google Business Profile
Google Business Profile photography is one of the highest-leverage assets a local practice owns. Strong, current images can help a listing feel more trustworthy before a patient clicks, calls, or requests directions.
I work inside operating rooms, operatories, and treatment spaces without disrupting the people inside them. Patient comfort, staff workflow, and clinical privacy come first. The result is photography and video that helps your practice look as considered online as it does in person.
Built for medical practices, dental offices, oral surgery teams, med spas, estheticians, aestheticians, and aesthetic practices across Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania.
Quiet equipment, low-profile presence, and a calm pace that fits the room. I read the environment first, then shoot.
Operatories, ORs, and treatment rooms are small and busy. I know how to move through them without being in the way.
Patient comfort and consent guide every frame. Nothing I shoot leaves my workflow without written approval.
Patient identifiers are handled carefully. Files stay private. Release forms are part of the project, not an afterthought.
I shoot on the Sony Alpha 1 with the full Tamron Americas professional lens kit. The kit covers what clinical work actually demands: wide focal lengths for tight operatories, longer reach for keeping distance from the sterile field, and fast apertures for the low light of treatment rooms. The gear adapts to the room. You don't have to rearrange the room for the gear.
I create photography and video for medical practices, surgical centers, and specialty clinics across Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania. The content is built for the channels that drive new patient inquiries: practice websites, Google Business Profiles, social media, paid ad creative, patient education materials, and printed marketing collateral.
I shoot for dental practices, oral surgery offices, orthodontists, and cosmetic and implant practices throughout Pittsburgh. The deliverables are built around how dental patients choose a practice now: high-quality website photography, social-ready procedure and team content, patient-approved result imagery, and the kind of office and team visuals that make a new patient feel comfortable booking a consultation.
High-end aesthetic content has to communicate cleanliness, calm, and visible skill at the same time. I work with med spas, estheticians, aestheticians, dermatology practices, and skincare studios across Pittsburgh to produce content that fits where the buying decision actually happens: Instagram, your website, paid ads, and the Google Business Profile a prospective client scrolls before booking.
I treat practice photography as a real input to your patient acquisition pipeline, not a vanity expense.

Instagram and TikTok act like consultation funnels for many practices. Patient-approved result imagery, procedure walkthroughs, treatment room visuals, and team introductions give people something specific to react to before they book.
Paid social and search campaigns need original creative to feel local, current, and specific to the practice. Stock imagery may fill space, but it rarely builds the same level of trust as real photography from your own office.
The point is simple. Better content does more than look better. It gives every channel you already pay to be on something honest to work with.
I talk through your practice, the deliverables, and where the content has to perform. I leave with a shot list and a plan. You leave knowing exactly what you're getting.
I show up on time, set up quickly, and shoot at the pace your day allows. Patient flow keeps moving.
Color, cleanup, and retouching are handled in-house. Nothing is outsourced and nothing leaves my workflow.
Final files arrive sized and formatted for the channels that use them. Website, social, paid creative, and print, ready to go.
I treat every project as HIPAA-conscious from the start. Written patient release forms are part of the production package. Patient identifiers are never published without explicit, signed consent. If a patient declines, I shoot around them. The workflow is built around privacy, consent, and patient comfort from the beginning.
Yes. I have shot inside active operating rooms and surgical suites. I follow the sterile-field protocols your clinical staff direct, stay outside the marked zones, and use longer focal lengths when proximity is not appropriate. If your facility requires PPE, gowning, or pre-shoot briefing, I follow it without negotiation.
The goal is not to slow down your day. The job is to capture your workflow, not redirect it. I work around your schedule, patient flow, and staff. Setup and tear-down are quick, and I will not ask you to rearrange your operatory or treatment room just to force a shot.
Standard delivery is 7 to 14 business days for photography and 2 to 4 weeks for video, depending on scope. Faster turnarounds are available when a campaign or launch date requires them. Timeline is set during consultation and held throughout the project.
Pricing depends on scope, deliverables, and licensing. Typical practice photography projects range from $1,500 for a focused half-day to $10,000+ for full multi-day shoots that include video, photography, and post. I quote every project after a consultation so the scope, deliverables, usage, and timeline are clear.
By default, I retain copyright to the photos and video I create. Under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 201), the photographer is the default copyright owner of any image or video produced, regardless of payment. You receive a written license to use the work for the purposes we agree on during the project: practice website, social media, paid advertising, patient education, training materials, print, and long-term brand use. Licensing terms are spelled out in the contract so there are no surprises. Full ownership transfer is available for an additional fee if your practice requires it.
Sony Alpha 1 as the primary camera, Sony A7 III as backup, with the full Tamron Americas professional lens kit. The Tamron 35-150mm and 17-28mm cover almost every clinical situation. Drone work is shot on the DJI Mavic 4 Pro under FAA Part 107 certification.
Yes. I'm based in Bridgeville, PA and serve Pittsburgh, the South Hills, and all of Western Pennsylvania at standard rates. Wider travel is available and quoted into the project.
It happens. Surgery schedules and patient cases are unpredictable. If a procedure moves or cancels the day of, I work with your practice to adjust the coverage plan or reschedule the affected portion based on the project scope and agreement.
